Description: For years, experts have been harping on “time management” as the key to success in many areas of life. But we know from experience that not every hour of the day is the same. We may experience time very differently depending on how much energy we have at a given moment. Drawing from a variety of approaches, including neuroscience, organizational psychology, and theologies of the Sabbath, this session introduces “energy management.” We will apply these ideas to build sustainable systems that conserve our energy and help us to harness it for what matters most.
