Our philosophy of mentoring is simple: everyone belongs and is needed, but not everyone knows that yet.

In our busy culture, we don’t often take the time to get to know our neighbors, let them know they belong in our lives, or tell them they are needed as a vital part of our community. At Better Together, we encourage all Third and Fourth Year Students to invite First and Second Year Students of their own faith tradition each semester to our group so they can serve as mentors for students who are still figuring out where they belong and how they are needed to do the important work of interfaith activism.
