Schedule
When do we leave and return?
Departure Date: May 23rd, 2025
Return Date: July 9th, 2025
The return date is not fixed. Students can leave as early as July 5th (classes are done on July 4th), but they will lament missing the Buenos Aires trip.
Also, some students wisely wish to extend their trip. For example, they may take more classes during the second summer session. Or maybe they just want to travel. Contact us for more details.
Where will you stay?
Each individual student will stay, by themselves, with an appropriately matched Argentine host family within the city of Mendoza. Your host will provide you with your own room and three meals per day.

Where should I look for scholarships?
Here are some resources that may help you pay for your study abroad adventure.
- Check with Baylor’s financial aid office to better understand options with the scholarships you already have. Some scholarships can be applied to summer school and study abroad. Also, some scholarships are provided over any 8 semesters. Talking to the financial aid office will help you know what options are available for you.
- Learn all you can about the study abroad process and options, especially meeting one-on-one with a study abroad advisor to talk about your specific situation.
- Baylor has a generous internal scholarship to help students pay for study abroad. While awards are given based on financial need and academic merit, every study abroad student is encouraged to apply. Learn more on the Glennis McCrary Goodrich Scholarship page.
- Apply for every scholarship that applies to you and your plans
- Are you a First Generation college student? Baylor has special study abroad scholarship just for you. Learn more on the First Abroad Fellows page.
