During our visit to Minamisanriku, we stayed at the trailer house courtesy of the volunteer assisted team led by Mr. Oyama, the president of Cavco Home Japan and Chef Takahashi, the retired Chef de Cuisine of the Imperial Household Agency.  Mr. Takahashi cooked our meals with organic and local ingredients. He also taught BU students how to make onigiri.
