“Way Maker” is a contemporary gospel song that is well sought-after all over the world. It was originally written and recorded by Sinach in the year 2015. Within the shortest possible time it spread all over Nigeria and Africa, and now beyond the shores of Africa. By March 2019, the video for the song got more than 100 million views on YouTube, which further distinguished her as the first Nigerian gospel singer to achieve this great feat. She had also bagged other awards like the GMA Dove Award for Song of the Year and Nigerian Award for inspirational artist. She testified that she was inspired to write “Way Maker” while she was going through a difficult time in her life, and the Lord gave her a revelation and said to her “I am your way maker, I am your promise keeper.” She has learned through the song that God can be trusted to make a way where there seem to be no way. Furthermore, that one can never out-do God, and when one believes God for who He says He is, God will do what He said He will do. “Way Maker” has been translated into 50 different languages across the world. Lyrics

You are here, moving in our midst
I worship you
I worship you
You are here, working in this place
I worship you
I worship you
You are here, moving in our midst
I worship you
I worship you
You are here, working in this place
I worship you
I worship you

Way maker, Miracle worker, promise keeper
Light in the darkness, my God
That is who you are
Way maker, Miracle worker, promise keeper
Light in the darkness, my God
That is who you are

You are here, touching every heart
I worship you
I worship you
You are here, healing every heart
I worship you
I worship you

You are here, turning lives around
I worship you
I worship you
You are here, mending every heart
I worship you
I worship you

Way maker, Miracle worker, promise keeper
Light in the darkness, my God
That is who you are
Way maker, Miracle worker, promise keeper
Light in the darkness, my God
That is who you are

You wipe away all tears, you mend the broken heart
You are the answer to it all, Jesus
You wipe away all tears, you mend the broken heart
You are the answer to it all, to it all Jesus yeah!!!

Way maker, Miracle worker, promise keeper
Light in the darkness
My God that is who you are
Way maker, Miracle worker, promise keeper Light in the darkness, my God
That is who you are

You are here touching every life
I worship you
I worship you
You are here meeting every need
I worship you
I worship you
