All the way my Savior leads me is a 19th century British hymn written by Fanny J. Crosby inspired by Divine unexpected providence in times of need and lack. It was set to tune by Robert Lowry. It was originally published in 1875 by the New York publisher Biglow & Main in Brightest and Best: a choice collection of new songs, duets, choruses, invocation and benediction hymns for the Sunday school and meetings of prayer and praise. This hymn encourages total trust and dependence on God as He guides through life journey. It appears in 293 hymnals including many American and British books.

In Nigeria, the song is used as a song of encouragement in times of need, sickness, waiting on the Lord for a particular breakthrough. Also at the point of crossroads in need of direction and guidance, the hymn is usually sung. It is sung most often from the hymnals. Modern and contemporary arrangements are got from the internet
