Mentorship

Mentor Profile:

  • Identify as a leader within the business industry to provide expertise to mentees to develop and grow their businesses.
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship and eager to share your knowledge.
  • Mentorship offers a 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year program duration options.
  • Based on your application, we will match you with a mentor/mentee based on your business needs & industry.

Mentor Responsibilities:

  • Conduct at least one face-to-face meeting with students on the Baylor campus
  • Provide support in the following areas:
    • General career advice for aspiring entrepreneurs
    • Market research, product development, marketing, finance, and leadership
    • Developing or reviewing a business model
    • Sharing career experiences

  • Share their entrepreneurial journey and insights
    A Baylor Entrepreneurship mentor can advise based on personal successes and failures and can provide guidance on how to navigate the challenges of being a business owner.
