Baylor University offers a number of university-wide initiatives aimed at cultivating an inclusive environment. Below are some examples of these initiatives.

 

This survey pertains to diversity, inclusion and overall environment from the perspective of faculty, staff, and students. While it was first provided in 2017, it is given every two to three years.

An advisory committee was charged with providing guidance on presenting Baylor’s history as the University continues working to foster an environment through which racial equality is inextricably linked to its mission, and in which students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of color know they are valued and loved throughout the Baylor Community.
