Description: What do our emotions have to do with worship? Is healthy emotionalism even imaginable in our contexts, and if so, how do we help the people of God engage in “faithful feelings” when we gather to sing, pray, preach, and come to the table? We will explore biblical themes and the history that has shaped our thinking, and we will look at some practical ways to move toward a more Christian understanding of emotions in worship.
