Description: Whether we realize it our not, our role as worship pastors and worship leaders is one of a guide. In that sense we guide our people from place to place, point to point, and moment to moment in our gatherings. This skill of being a mature and discerning pastoral guide is just as important as any other skill we execute on a weekly basis. In this session we will define, describe, and characterize the qualities needed to guide our people in meeting with God in corporate worship.
