Description: Anxiety Management Techniques We are living in an increasingly stressful world both personally and professionally. Much of the stress that we face each day is somewhat beyond our control. It is important that we have some anxiety management tools with which to combat the daily stress and anxiety that will otherwise lead to health and/or mental health problems. This session will assist the participant in learning relaxation skills that will include a number of prevention and intervention strategies that are easy to learn and powerful to use.
