Flying into Waco

Baylor University is served by the Waco Regional Airport (ACT). Short hopper flights run to the Waco Regional Airport from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL). Flying into Waco is efficient and cost-effective, and many hotels in the area provide free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), Dallas Love Field (DAL), and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) are roughly a 90-minute drive from the conference site. The Waco Streak runs a shuttle several times a day from both Dallas airports to Waco and costs about $200 round trip. Seven-day advance registrations are required (https://www.waco-streak.com/). Greyhound buses run from both downtown Dallas and downtown Austin to downtown Waco for a round-trip cost of around $20-$25, although Uber would be needed to travel from the airport to the bus station and the Waco bus station to the hotel.
