Conference Location and Hotel

The conference will be held at the Waco Convention Center, and the primary conference hotel will be Hotel Indigo, which is conveniently located downtown near restaurants and shops. Hotel Indigo has a full restaurant (serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and bar on the main the level. Hotel Indigo is approximately four blocks (.4 mile) from the Convention Center (a 10-minute walk). This hotel will host the largest room block for conference attendees. Please book by April 4, 2022. After this date, conference attendees may still book at Hotel Indigo but will not receive the conference discount.

Preferred Hotels

BWWC 2022 has small room blocks available at the two preferred hotels located closest to the Waco Convention Center: the Hilton Waco and the Courtyard by Marriott Waco. Either would would be ideal locations for those who would prefer not to walk from the conference hotel. They are located within one or two blocks of most recommended dining and shopping locations. Please book by April 18, 2022. After this date, conference attendees may still book at either the Hilton or the Courtyard but will not receive the conference discount. If you encounter any difficulties booking the discounted rate (or if you receive notification that room blocks are filled), please contact Brianna Reinke (+1-254-759-5516), who manages group blocks at both the Courtyard and the Hilton.

Waco offers a wide range of hotels to meet various budgets and other personal needs. If you are interested in hotels other than Hotel Indigo, the Hilton, or the Courtyard, we would highly recommend that you book your rooms early. Tourism to the Magnolia Silos, also located in downtown Waco, increases beginning in April. Most local hotels offer free cancellation for individuals 24-48 hours prior to arrival.
