Registration Fees

$90 for faculty

$50 for students

The registration fees cover meals on Friday (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and Saturday (breakfast).

Abstract Submission

Abstracts are due September 22, 2015 by midnight. Email abstracts to armadillo@baylor.edu with the subject line “Abstract”

Submissions should include 1) a title, 2) whether the presenter is a faculty member, post-doctoral fellow, graduate student, or undergraduate student, 3) preference for poster or oral presentation, and 4) an abstract that does not exceed 150 words.

Faculty and post-doctoral fellows may submit an abstract for oral presentation. Graduate and undergraduate students may submit an abstract for poster presentations. Friday evening we will award the best graduate student poster and Saturday morning we will award the best undergraduate student poster.

Oral Presentations

We will have a PC computer to display presentations. Please bring your presentation on a flash drive.

Poster Board Preparation

Posters should be designed to fit on our 4 x 4 bulletin boards.
